Carolyn came into our lives in 2001 - my son David introduced us as Carolyn was looking for a receptionist. Throughout that time she changed me into the confident, happy person I am today.

Over the 19 years I knew her, Carolyn and I gradually became extended family as well as good friends. I feel privileged to have been with her every step of the way; to me she was and always will be inspirational. We had some scary times along the way but I will always remember lots of laughter and tears. I wouldn’t have missed a minute of it.

I will love, and miss you more, always Mrs Festa x
